ESG Committee

In its pursuit of sustainable business practices, SNI advocates for corporate social responsibility, urging all colleagues to actively engage in this commitment. The "Corporate Social Responsibility Committee" was officially established in July 2016, with the General Manager serving as the committee's chair, overseeing its operations, and regularly reporting to the Board of Directors. In 2023, the committee underwent an official name change and is now known as the “ESG Committee.“

The committee is divided into four sub-committees: “Corporate Governance Committee,” “Employee Care and Community Engagement Committee,” “Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Committee," and "External Communication Committee.“working together, they drive the implementation of sustainable development strategies and various sustainable development plans. The “ESG Committee“ convenes quarterly meetings to track the effectiveness of execution and communicates the philosophy of sustainable development to relevant stakeholders.
